Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle received a deferred adjudication in the case stemming from his October shoplifting arrest, according to Eva-Marie Ayala of The Dallas Morning News.

Randle was arrested after allegedly trying to take a bottle of cologne and a package of underwear from a Dillard’s in Frisco, Texas. He’ll now face 180 days of probation before potentially having the misdemeanor theft charge dismissed.

“He’s just relieved and ready to move on and focus on training camp,” Randle’s attorney Steven Bell said. “He’s a good young man.”

Randle was named a spokesman for MeUndies shortly after the incident, which paid him enough to cover the costs of a $29,500 fine handed down by the Cowboys.

The 23-year-old did not face league discipline in connection to the arrest.
